Apart from serving nutritious food to our children at CentroNía, we also serve them to our staff. If you follow our Instagram @centroniafood, you will know that Fried Rice with Fish is one of our staff favorites, there was even a line to the kitchen! Of course, our children love it too!
Fried Rice with Fish (Serves 4)
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Carrots, diced
- 1/4 cup Peas
- 3 cups Brown Rice, cooked
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp Ginger, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tilapia Fillet
- Cut fish fillet into bite sized pieces. Set aside.
- Heat oil in pan over medium-high heat. Sautée onions and garlic for a couple of minutes. Add diced carrots and peas.
- Add fish fillet pieces and stir-fry until you see a nice brown color.
- Add rice and cook for a few minutes. Add soy sauce, minced ginger and salt to taste and enjoy!
