Recipe: Fried Rice with Fish

Apart from serving nutritious food to our children at CentroNía, we also serve them to our staff. If you follow our Instagram @centroniafood, you will know that Fried Rice with Fish is one of our staff favorites, there was even a line to the kitchen! Of course, our children love it too!

Fried Rice with Fish (Serves 4)

  •  2 Tbsp Oil
  •  1/2 onion, diced
  •  2 cloves garlic, minced
  •  1/4 cup Carrots, diced
  •  1/4 cup Peas
  •  3 cups Brown Rice, cooked
  •  1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  •  1/2 Tbsp Ginger, minced
  •  1/2 tsp salt
  •  1 Tilapia Fillet
  1. Cut fish fillet into bite sized pieces. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in pan over medium-high heat. Sautée onions and garlic for a couple of minutes. Add diced carrots and peas.
  3. Add fish fillet pieces and stir-fry until you see a nice brown color.
  4. Add rice and cook for a few minutes. Add soy sauce, minced ginger and salt to taste and enjoy!
